FOX ABSTRACT products are made on demand. Each order requires production time before shipment.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Processing times may increase during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout when available. Delivery times depend on the destination, fulfillment location, selected shipping method, and carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include production time, customs processing, weekends, or holidays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders or destinations when displayed during checkout.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES

FOX ABSTRACT is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
